Spectral Classification of Stars in A Supplement to the Bright Star Catalogue
MK spectral types are given for about 584 stars in A Supplement to theBright Star Catalogue. These are compared with Hipparcos parallaxes tocheck the reliability of those classifications. The estimated errors are+/-1.2 subtypes, and 10% of the luminosity classes may be wrong.

UVBY photometry of the mCP stars HD 35298, 19 Lyrae, HD 192678, and HR 8216
Differential Strömgren uvby observations from the Four CollegeAutomated Photoelectric Telescope are presented for the mCP stars HD35298, 19 Lyr, HD 192678, and HR 8216. The period for HD 35298 of1.85457 days is a revision of North's value while that for 19 Lyr of7.0980 days is alias of that found by Winzer. HD 192678 is found to be asmall amplitude photometric variable with the 6.4186 day period proposedby Leroy from polarization measurements. For HR 8216, observations takenbetween 1995 and 1998 confirm that the star has remained constant atleast since 1990. Tables 2, 3, 4 and 6 are only available in electronicform at the CDS via anonymous ftp to cdsarc.u-strasbg.fr (130.79.128.5)or via http://cdsweb.u-strasbg.fr/Abstract.html

Vitesses radiales. Catalogue WEB: Wilson Evans Batten. Subtittle: Radial velocities: The Wilson-Evans-Batten catalogue.
We give a common version of the two catalogues of Mean Radial Velocitiesby Wilson (1963) and Evans (1978) to which we have added the catalogueof spectroscopic binary systems (Batten et al. 1989). For each star, when possible, we give: 1) an acronym to enter SIMBAD (Set ofIdentifications Measurements and Bibliography for Astronomical Data) ofthe CDS (Centre de Donnees Astronomiques de Strasbourg). 2) the numberHIC of the HIPPARCOS catalogue (Turon 1992). 3) the CCDM number(Catalogue des Composantes des etoiles Doubles et Multiples) byDommanget & Nys (1994). For the cluster stars, a precise study hasbeen done, on the identificator numbers. Numerous remarks point out theproblems we have had to deal with.

Catalog of O-B stars observed with Tokyo Meridian Circle
A catalog of the O-B stars, selected from 'Blaauw-Parenago' list andRubin's catalog, has been compiled on the FK4 system by the observationsmade with Gautier 8-inch Meridian Circle at the Tokyo AstronomicalObservatory during the period, 1971 to 1979. It contains 1059 stars andwas compiled for the future establishment of high precision propermotions of O-B stars.

Photometric UBV period study of eight AP stars
Eight Ap stars for which periods had been determined by Winzer (1974)were the subject of an independent period determination. All were starswhich were found to be short-period variables and which showed thetypical small-amplitude variation associated with short periods. For sixof these, the period was confirmed. For one, HR 9017, a different andbetter period was determined and for the remaining star, HR 4430,periodic variation was not observed.
