Photometry and elements of the pre-contact system FO VIR
An analysis of the measures carried out at Merate Observatory has shownthat FO Vir is an eclipsing binary. It has been possible to determinethe geometric and photometric elements from the V light curve usingKopal's method. The comparison with the results of Mochnacki et al.(1986) is quite satisfactory and FO Vir is confirmed to be asemidetached system.
